Teddington CPZ review

Background and introduction

This zone was introduced in June 2008 and was extended to Springfield Road in October 2008.

Objectives of this consultation

The purpose of this consultation is to find out from you the residents and businesses of this area the following:

Residents and businesses of the existing Teddington CPZ (green shaded area on map):

  • Whether you are satisfied with the current CPZ in this area
  • Whether you wish for the CPZ in this area to remain in force or be removed
  • If you wish for the CPZ to remain in force whether there are any changes to the CPZ you would like to see introduced

Residents and businesses situated outside the CPZ (within the green dotted boundary on the map on the front cover of this document):

  • Whether you would wish to see the Teddington CPZ extended to your road

What happens after the consultation

The results of the consultation will be reported to a meeting of the Transport Consultative Group (TCG) on Tuesday 3 February 2009 starting at 6.30pm at Teddington Baptist Church, Church Road, Teddington, following which a decision will be made on the way forward.

The meeting of the TCG is open to the public and the agenda and report are available on our website 7 days before the date of the meeting. Anyone wishing to speak at the TCG meeting will need to register on 020 8891 7275 before 2pm on Monday 2 February 2009. Minutes of the meeting will be available on our website and on request.
