How to apply
Following the steps below will ensure that you have all of the necessary knowledge and paperwork when you come to make your application.
Residents holding East Twickenham zone (F) or St Margarets South zone (S) permits can use their resident permits to park during the additional parking hours during Marble Hill concerts.
If you have any queries, then staff at The Parking Shop will be happy to help (contact information is available on the Parking contact details page).
Step 1 - Find out if you are within the F or S zones
If you do not already know it, look at parking signage on your street. This will state the zone letter(s) and will include F or S if you are within the zone. In addition, at the edge of the zones will be zone entry and exit signs detailing date and time of the next event.
Maps of the East Twickenham zone (F) or St Margarets South zone (S) can be found on the Controlled parking zone times and maps page.
Step 2 - Download, read and complete the application form
The application form contains all of the information you need to apply for and use permit(s) issued for your visitors, including what proofs you need to provide and how the Council will use any information you give.
Step 3 - Collect the proofs of eligibility
The application form details the proofs you will need to provide and you should make sure you have the originals of these to present with your application. If you cannot provide the necessary proofs then we will not be able to issue you with permits.
If you are unsure what proofs to provide, contact The Parking Shop (details on the Parking contact details page) and staff will be happy to advise you.
Step 4 - Send or take the application to The Parking Shop
You may send your application by post or take it yourself to The Parking Shop, address details are available on the Parking contact details page.
You should have the following:
- A completed and signed application form
- Proof of residency
If you take the application in person then please expect a wait. If applying by post, then we recommend that you allow 14 days to process your application. You must ensure that you park legally until you receive your permit.
