New controlled parking zone for Mortlake (zone M)
From Monday 19th May 2008 new parking restrictions will be introduced in parts of Mortlake. For further information please see the Controlled parking zone changes page.
New Parking Regulations
On 31 March 2008 new regulations will be introduced in England and Wales that will see the first nationwide changes to on-street parking since 1993. The new legislation which will govern all parking enforcement within the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames and throughout the country is the Traffic Management Act 2004 (TMA 2004), which will replace the Road Traffic Act 1991 (as amended).
