Rubbish on neighbouring properties

If your neighbour is hoarding rubbish and this is attracting rats, mice or is causing serious interference with your right to enjoy your property, we may be able to take action to have it cleared.

If the rubbish is a serious eyesore, the Planning Department may be able to help.

If your neighbour’s property is simply untidy and does not seriously affect others, there may be no action the Council may take.
