Overview

By working in partnership with many varied enforcement agencies, the Safe Streets Coordinating Group (SSCG) aims to achieve a visible reduction in low-level crime and disorder, anti-social behaviour and environmental crime.

Process

The SSCG meets monthly. Issues are dealt with by following an established problem solving process (PSP) in partnership with the local police safer neighbourhood teams (SNTs) and relevant sections from within the Council.
