Police Liaison Groups (PLGs)
There are Police Liaison Group meetings
(pdf, 48KB) in each ward and they are generally held four to six times each year. Police Liaison Groups are the bridge between the community and the Police and come under the umbrella of the Community and Police Partnership (CPP). The minutes/notes of PLG meetings are added to the CPP agenda for the following meeting. That enables CPP members to see the issues that are occurring in the various parts of the borough and how they are being resolved.
