Richmond Visitor Information Centre
Come and be amazed at how much there is to see and do!
The Visitor Information Centre is located in the Old Town Hall, close to the heart of historical Richmond. Our small team of dedicated and highly-trained staff have a vast range of knowledge and experience, and we pride ourselves on being able to assist with even the most obscure and challenging of enquiries!
In addition the Centre is an accredited Visit Britain Visitor Information Centre and has recently become an Enjoy England Official Partner, reinforcing our commitment to quality and a high level of expertise.
As well as providing information on attractions and forthcoming events - local, London and the rest of the UK - we can also offer the following services:
- Lists of local restaurants, riverside pubs, cycle hire, health clubs, horse riding, golf courses and other sporting and recreational facilities.
- The River Thames - tow path walks, river boat sailings, where to fish and where to moor your barge.
- Free maps of the area, assistance with public transport information and route planning.
- Details of local accommodation ranging from hotels to B&Bs, and we can even make bookings for you.
- Richmond Park and Bushy Park - maps, directions and further information.
- Council and community information, including details of local clubs, societies and voluntary organisations.
- Tickets for historical guided walks and selected local events.
We also sell publications, postcards and greetings cards by local authors, artists and photographers, and we have recently commissioned a unique range of tasteful and reasonably priced souvenir items.
