Pilates/Conditioning
This is a "special" pilates class that focuses on body strength and posture/alignment. Designed to discover your body tension and aches. Re-learn how to exercise and improve your posture, begin to re-strengthen your weak muscle areas, especially in the spine and abdomen. As the class progresses you will learn a series of exercises which will help you and your body to relax and be rid of all muscle spasm and tension.

Legs, Bums and Tums
An exercise class to music, helping to target the lower body without the use of high impact moves. Strengthening and toning the legs, bum and tum area, working on re-shaping the body, helping to improve co-ordination, flexibility, strength and stamina.

Pilates
The primary focus of this class is awarenes of the spine, proper breathing, core strength and flexibility. The outcome of Pilates training is a balanced body that is strong and supple, flat stomach, balanced legs and a strong back.

Circuits
Class involves moving quickly from one exercise to another and doing a prescribed number of exercises or time on each activity, keeps pulse rate high and promotes overall fitness by generally working all muscle groups as well as heart and lungs.

Taekwondo
Famed for its use of kicking techniques, which distinguishes it from martial arts such as Karate or southern styles of Kung Fu. The rationale is that the leg is the longest and strongest weapon a martial artist has. Kicks therefore have the greatest potential to execute powerful strikes without succesful retaliation. This sport and exercise class is popular with both sexes of varing ages. Physically it develops strength, speed, balance, flexibility and stamina.
