Our Fitness Suite boasts a wide range of all the latest Life Fitness equipment, We have 3 Treadmills, 3 bikes, 2 Concept ll rowing machines and 3 Cross Trainers, a selected range of free weights not to mention all our standard upper and lower body machine weights. Our customer friendly approach will help you realise your fitness goals, whether you are a fitness novice or a personal trainer! There are three membership options available at Whitton Sports & Fitness Centre:

Gym only*

At just £33.30 a month you can get fit without your bank balance losing any weight! Advantages of this include  a Free Leisure card, Free Aerobic classes, free use of the other Fitness Centre’s in the Borough (Teddington Pool, Shene Sports and Fitness Centre and Hampton Sports, Arts & Fitness Centre) and Yoga and Pilates for half the normal price.

We also offer a single site gym only membership at £25.50 per month with unlimited fitness suite usage at Whitton (this option excludes any classes).

All Inclusive*

This includes all the benefits of the gym only membership with the additional use of the pool facilities at Teddington Pools & Fitness Centre, for only £40.10 per month.

Pay as You Go*

Once you have completed an Induction where we show you how to use the equipment and devise a suitable gym programme, sessions cost £6.10 for Non Leisure Card holders (NLC) and £5.40 for Leisure Card holders (LC) during peak time (5-10pm). During off peak time (before 5pm) its is even cheaper for each session at £5.50 (NLC), 5.00 (LC) and £3.00 (concessions).  Inductions cost £24.00 (NLC), £21.00 (LC) and £11.70 (concessions) which can be conducted at a time to suit you.

Student

3 Month - Calling all Full time Students. Just show us your NUS card or a university equivalent and then you will be eligible for our £70.50 membership (payable at the beginning of the 3 months). This allows unlimited usage of the fitness suite from the day you buy the membership (subject to completion of an Induction). The same fitness class benefits as direct debit membership are also included.
