Teddington Pools activities
Swimming lessons
12 week "Learn to Swim" lessons are offered at our Centre in 3 blocks throughout the year, starting in September, January and April. Our swimming lessons follow the Amateur Swimming Association Awards Scheme, which provides quality awards to motivate and reward the achievements of swimmers at any age and level.
Children's lessons
Children's lessons start for children from age 3 upwards. Enrolment for lessons is usually carried out 2 months before the start of the new course. View the Swimming Lesson programme
12 week courses are currently priced at £95.00 (non Leisure Card) or £84.00 (with a Leisure Card).
Adult lessons
Adult lessons are offered on a 6 week course basis and classes can take place both during the day and evening. Lessons are available for all levels from beginners to the more advanced. View the Swimming Lesson programme
6 week courses are currently priced at £44.40 (non Leisure Card) or £40.00 (with a Leisure Card).
Carer and baby/toddler activities
Carer and baby courses
For babies aged 6 - 12 months who have had their MMR injections. Sessions last 30 minutes and are held as 6 week courses with the aim of building a carer's confidence in handling their baby and familiarising them with the pool environment (carer to be in water with child at all times).
Sessions take place on Mondays at 10.30am or Thursdays at 11.00am.
Carer and toddler courses
For children aged 1 - 3 years who have had their MMR injections. Sessions last 30 minutes and are held as 6 week courses with the aim of improving children's early water skills with carer support (carer to be in water with child at all times).
Sessions take place on Mondays at 10.00am, Thursdays at 10.30am, Fridays at 10.00am or Fridays at 12.30pm (for 2-3 year olds only).
Course prices and booking instructions
6 week courses are currently priced at £42.00 (non Leisure Card) or £38.00 (with a Leisure Card). To book please print and complete in full an application form
