Benefits of hydrotherapy

Hydrotherapy has healing and recuperative properties due to its thermal and mechanical effects. It can help with lessening pain sensitivity, improving blood flow and circulation.

Aquatic therapies can be used to treat muscle weakness, balance disorders, musculo-skeletal injuries, soft tissue injuries and other conditions that impair circulation.
