Our Fitness Suite boasts a wide range of all the latest equipment. We have treadmills, bikes, rowers and cross-trainers, a selected range of free weights, not to mention all our standard upper and lower body resistance machines.
Our customer-friendly approach will help you realise your fitness goals, whether you are a fitness novice or an elite trainer.
Our staff are fully qualified, helpful and friendly and can set you a personalised fitness programme.
All membership options include an induction, unlimited usage and a tailor made exercise programme with follow-up reviews.

Direct Debit memberships
A joining fee applies to all our Direct Debit memberships. There is no minimum length of contract with our memberships.
