Virgin Money Giving Mini London Marathon 2012

While thousands of adults were running for their own personal reasons forty eight of the best young runners, aged between 11 and 17, were representing the borough in the Virgin Money Giving Mini London Marathon which takes place over the final three miles of the marathon course prior to the start of the main marathon.

There are three age categories for both boys and girls and the overall results for the teams were as follows:

Boys under 13        7th place

Girls under 13        7th place

Eleanor Attridge, Imogen Beagley, Maddie Boyles, Zoe Cramp, Jaime Cubitt, Harriet Johnson, Anna Pointon, Anna Uren

Boys under 15        2nd place

Girls under 15        3rd place

Boys under 17        4th place
