Terms and Conditions of tennis course bookings 2012
- Places for each course are booked on a first come first served basis and are non transferable.
- Payment must be made in full when booking and in advance of the course start date.
- Late booking will be accepted before the second session of a course, provided places are available and full payment is made.
- Payments cannot be made on a session by session basis.
- Once payment has been made you have agreed to our terms and conditions.
- Please do not assume you are automatically booked on subsequent courses.
- Confirmation of a course is sent once a course is financially viable.
- Cancellation of a booking. A minimum of 10 working days is required for the cancellation of a booking. After this period no refund will be made except in exceptional circumstances.
- If there are an insufficient number of bookings for a given course the Sports Development Team reserves the right to cancel the course. Should this be necessary you will be informed a week before the course start date.
- If you are unsure whether the course will go ahead due to bad weather please contact the coach directly.
- In case of bad weather, time will be made up if possible, but refunds will only be issued if more than 50% of the course is cancelled. No credit notes will be issued.
- In any other circumstances when a session is cancelled refunds will be issued on an individual case basis.
- Suitable clothing and footwear must be worn. (for example, trainers). A coach has the right to refuse participants taking part where there is a health and safety issue.
- The Sports Development Team will not accept any responsibility for any persons where the relevant information has not been declared in order for them to participate fully in the course.
