Reference and Information Service

The Reference and Information Service is based at the Old Town Hall in Richmond. From there it operates the main reference library for the borough - Richmond Reference Library - and also provides an Information Centre for local, council and tourist information - the Richmond Information Centre.

The service is also responsible for providing reference and information materials in all branch libraries.

In addition an increasing amount of reference and information content is provided electronically - both via the People's Network computers in libraries and remotely via the Web.
