IT courses in Richmond libraries

Richmond Libraries have teamed up with Richmond Adult Community College to offer computer skills courses. If you would like to learn in an informal, small group setting, then these courses are for you. The following gives you an idea of the sort of courses available:

Computers for beginners

This short course is for the absolute beginner who wants to work at a gentle pace. You will be given a basic introduction to computers.

Introduction to Internet and eMail

If you already have basic computer skills, this short course will enable you to learn how to access the Internet and use eMail, working at a gentle pace.

Introduction to word processing

This short beginners' course will provide you with the essential skills needed to produce documents using Word, working at a gentle pace.

Booking information

The courses occupy 2 hours per week and are held at some of our part time libraries and also at Richmond Adult Community College learning centres.
