How to book time on a People's Network PC
To manage the demand for these PCs we have a booking system installed. To use a People's Network PC you will need a library card and a PIN. If you don't have a card you can obtain one from any of our libraries.
Key features of the People's Network booking system
- You may use the People's Network for a maximum of 2 hours per day - this is a borough-wide limit.
- You are allowed up to four sessions per day, and the maximum session length is one hour.
- You can book sessions in advance. You can do this via a hyperlink on each PC desktop, by using a booking terminal (dedicated PCs available in our larger libraries) or by asking a member of staff who will be happy to take your booking.
- You can book sessions up to seven days in advance, and you are allowed a maximum of four advanced bookings at any one time.
The only exception to this is the Richmond Information Centre, where PCs cannot be booked in advance and the maximum session length is 20 minutes.
