This modern purpose-built community hall with facilities suitable for a wide variety of functions.
There is a large hall which can be divided into two smaller areas. This flexibility makes it ideal for concerts, market research, meetings, dinner dances and exhibitions.
The whole hall is 19 metres by 14 metres. It has a basic stage and stage lighting and amplification equipment are also available. The total space can hold 300 people seated theatre style and 200 people seated for a formal dinner.
Once divided, the larger stage end can seat 180 people theatre style or 120 for a formal dinner. The small hall can seat 95 people theatre style and 80 for a formal dinner.
There is a kitchen which is available for use by outside caterers.
All rooms are on the ground floor with access for the disabled.
The hall is not available to hire on Bank Holidays.
There is a pay and display car park available close by the hall. Mortlake Station is nearby in Sheen Lane and a number of buses serve the area.

There is a minimum hire period of six hours for a one off booking and two hours for a regular booking. For any further queries please contact us.
Tables and chairs are provided but you, or your caterer, will need to provide all the linen, crockery, glassware and cooking/serving utensils etc.
You are welcome to provide alcohol to your guests free of charge, but we charge a small corkage fee of £1 per person if you supply your own alcohol. If you are organising a charity event contact us for information on a Temporary Event Notice.
There is a public pay and display car park outside of the hall which has 40 spaces (2 disabled). There is a maximum stay of 3 hours, Monday to Friday, between 9.30am to 6pm. Further information can be found on the car parks page.
You are permitted to bring items of play equipment on to the property but do so entirely at your own risk. No liability will be accepted by the council in respect of claims arising from loss or damage to privately owned equipment or arising from its use. No personally owned items of play equipment must be allowed to block doorways, passageways, entrances and exits and the hirer is required to remove any item of equipment we consider to be causing an obstruction or hazard.
There is an amplification system which is suitable for speeches. It is not suitable for music of any kind. There is stage lighting available. These can only be used with hire of the whole hall or stage end. When hiring the whole hall or the stage end there is also a small kitchen available for use. This is not available with hire of the small hall.
