Borough-based artists Avril Vellacott and Anne Purkiss approach portraiture via the media of sculpture and photography. Vellacott presents figurative portraits in terracotta, plaster, paper and wood, whilst Purkiss showcases a recent photographic project documenting famous British sculptors.
