Borough-based artists Avril Vellacot and Anne Purkiss approach portraiture via the media of sculpture and photography. Vellacot presents figurative portraits in terracotta, plaster, paper and wood, whilst Purkiss showcases a recent photographic project documenting famous British sculptors.
