Treasure Troves: Wardian Cases 21 January - 26 March

The 19th century Wardian Case was a portable minigreenhouse that allowed the safe passage of exotic plants.

Developing this theme of precious cargoes, community groups from Richmond, Kew, Hounslow and Acton, working in partnership with Historic Royal Palaces at Kew Gardens, have created their own treasure troves.
