How we work

Our annual programme of dance features vibrant performances, engaging courses and dance residencies for all ages and abilities. Delivered in partnership with a range of dance providers, we aim to increase opportunities for everyone to get dancing, and to inspire anyone wishing to further their experience of dance!

We hold a series of dance events every year.

Commemorating the Battle of the Somme

This new dance theatre piece marks the 100th anniversary of the Battle of the Somme. The riverside will be transported back to 1916 as characters, based on local women contributing to the war effort, face devastating news from the front line.
