Join in the fun for an hour of children's story time. All are welcome but this event is aimed at pre-school children.

Modern and Classic Poetry - The Richmond Theatre and Libraries Poetry Reading Group

The Rainbow Weaver Workshop (5 to 11 years)
Discover the magical world of The Rainbow Weaver with the authors and illustrators of the book - mother and daughter team Lyndsay Russell and Tippi hanson. A performance reading will be followed by a treasure hunt, writing games and a drama workshop exploring the themes and characters of the story.

Richmond Poetry Walks - a two hour walk
Lance Pierson and Barrie Armstrong present their two hour guided Poetry Walk celebrating the strong poetic heritage of Richmond Borough. The poets featured are Alfred Lord Tennyson, Walter de la Mare, Joh Donne, Alexander Pope and Thomas Traherne.
Saturday 15 Nov 12.00pm and Sunday 16 Nov 2.00pm. St Margarets railway station. £7 (£6 Concessions - including under 18s). Pay at meeting point.
Making Books Workshop (5 to 11 years)
Turn the pages of your very own book! Explore ways of making books with book designer Frances Kiernan. The Session will introduce parents and children to a range of easy to make book and demonstrate how to create a simple sewn or folded structure which children will be able to write in, illustrate and take home.
