How to book tickets
Unless otherwise stated in the programme, all events can be booked as follows:

Call 020 8831 6494 with your credit/debit card ready. The box office is open Monday to Friday 10.00pm - 4.30pm with a message service at other times, from Monday 10 September.
In person
Tickets are available in advance by cash, cheque or credit card from the Tourist Information Centre, Old Town Hall, Whittaker Avenue, Richmond, open Monday to Saturday 10.00am - 5.00pm, and from Orleans House Gallery, Riverside, Twickenham, open Tuesday to Saturday 1.00-4.30pm and Sunday 2.00-4.30pm.
On the door
Tickets will be on sale 30 minutes prior to the start of the events at the venue concerned, subject to availability.
Concessions
Conessionary prices are for over-60s, those in receipt of unemployment benefit ir income support, registered disabled and escorts, under-16s, full-time students and Leisure Card holders. Please show appropriate proof when purchasing or collecting tickets.
Richmond Council cannot accept responsibility for any errors, alterations or omission and reserves the right to alter the programme if necessary or refuse admission. Tickets cannot be offered for resale or money refunded.
