Way to Work

The aim of "Way to Work" is to provide jobs with training for 16-18 year olds with employers who value young people and encourage them to achieve their potential. This is done by:

• providing a high quality recruitment service which helps employers recruit suitable young people who are willing to learn;
• providing high quality modern apprenticeships which develop work skills and prepare young people for career success; and
• working hard to improve the quality of our services by evaluating what we provide, asking our customers views and bringing in expert help

Most training takes place at work and is assessment and evidence based. Guidance is given for interviews and available training, support and monitoring for both employer and employee during entire recruitment and training period.
