Way to Work provide guidance, recruitment and apprenticeships to benefit young people aged 16 plus and employers in the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames and in the local area.

Way to Work has been helping young people to secure employment through apprenticeships within our Council for over 12 years.

Young people can offer:

• Competent IT, administration and customer service skills
