Homelessness Forum
The Homelessness Forum was established in 1996 to bring together organisations in the statutory and voluntary sectors that have an interest/remit to address homelessness in the borough.
Membership of the Homelessness Forum includes:

- Children and Families Service
- SPEAR (Single Persons Emergency Accommodation in Richmond)
- EMAG (Ethnic Minorities Advocacy Group)
- South West London Probation Service
- Richmond & Twickenham Primary Care Trust
- Youth Offending Team
- Community Mental Health Teams
- Community Drug and Alcohol Teams
- Connexions
- Mind (Richmond)
- Leaving Care Team (Education and Children's Services)

- Richmond Churches Housing Trust

- Twickenham Careers Centre
The forum meets twice a year in March and September.

Homelessness Forum Strategy Group
The Forum has a Strategy Group which focuses on the delivery of the Homelessness Strategy. This group meets 3 - 4 times a year.
In addition to co-ordinating the delivery of the strategy, it monitors and contributes to the delivery of the follow-up strategy in 2007.
