How often will I get a benefit cheque?

New claims are paid every two weeks in arrears to the claimant or every four weeks in arrears if benefit is being paid to the landlord or agent.

Where can I cash my Housing benefit cheque?

Housing Benefit cheques can be cashed in person at the Civic Centre, 44 York Street, Twickenham or at any Barclays bank in the borough. Two forms of appropriate identification will be required.
