Rental Housing for Key Workers with Richmond Housing Partnership (RHP)

Key Worker flats

Richmond Housing Partnership (RHP) is the largest social landlord in the borough, managing 8500 homes. They aim to offer high quality, affordable homes for rent, which will assist key workers to live close to their place of work. They can offer assured tenancies, excellent caretaking and property management services, value for money rents, new facilities and sought-after locations. There is no need for a deposit.

Eligibility

They welcome applications from the following groups of Key Workers:

  • Nurses
  • Teachers
  • Social Workers
  • Police / Fire Personnel

Please note that there are a limited number of properties available to let under their Key Worker scheme, and you will be required to join a waiting list. There is a household income restriction of £35,000 per annum to qualify for these properties.
