Housing Allocations Policy

This page sets out the allocations policy of the Council. It is intended to explain, what the Council’s policy is in respect of nominating people to Registered Social Landlords for offers of permanent accommodation.

The Richmond Housing Register (RHR) is open to all persons who are not statutorily excluded as detailed in the Housing Act 1996 as amended by the Homelessness Act 2002.
