Registered Social Landlords (RSLs)

Registered Social Landlords (RSLs), also known as Housing Associations, are organisations registered and approved by the Tenant Services Authority to provide social housing for rent. In addition, some RSLs build affordable housing, often in partnership with commercial developers, for sale on a Shared Ownership basis.

At present, there are 30 RSLs providing a variety of accommodation in the borough ranging from supported housing for people with special needs to sheltered housing for older people.
