Housing register form

Please use this form if you wish to apply for social housing. To be considered for housing you need to live or work in Richmond upon Thames.  You may also be considered if you have an address in the borough but now live outside it due to being in hospital, in the armed forces or in prison.

Emergency housing application form

Please use this form if have become homeless and have a pre-arranged appointment to make a homelessness application.

Change in circumstances form

Use this form to update your current application. It can be used for both Emergency Housing and the Housing Register.
