What is CSS?

The new CSS brings together Day Services and Community Support Services. We want to support you to become more independent, make your own choices and be part of your community.

We can deliver service 7 days a week from early morning to late evening to best meet your needs.

Who is it for?

The CSS is for adults with a learning disability who live in the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames. This may be in their family home, in an adult placement or living independently.

What can CSS support me with?

The CSS Staff can support you with:

• Looking after your home
• Supporting you to do your shopping
• Preparing food and making healthy eating plans
• Support with medication and medical appointments
• Giving family careers a break
• Taking part in activities or groups.  
• Meeting up with friends and family  
• Supporting you with your money and paying your bills  
• Reading letters and understanding what they say
• Accessing other services  
• Support with personal care
