Safety First referral information

The information on this page is intended to provide an outline for agencies on how the Safety First Scheme operates and how to make referrals to the scheme.

Making a referral to Safety First

Referrals to Safety First should be made using a Safety First Referral Form (MS Word, 61KB) and can be made through the following agencies:

• Ethnic minorities advocacy Group (EMAG)
• Local housing associations
• Metropolitan Police
• Refuge floating support
• Richmond Citizens advice Bureau
• Richmond Council adult and Community services
• Victim support
• Welcare

Referrals should be sent to Peter Cason, Crime Prevention Officer on Peter.Cason@met.pnn.police.uk.cjsm.net using Secure eMail system. If you do not have access to Secure eMail or for any other enquiry contact the Peter Cason directly on 0208 247 5818 or speak to the Scheme Coordinator.
