If you are an adopted adult

The London Borough of Richmond upon Thames Adoption Team offer a confidential information, advice and counselling service to adopted adults who are interested in finding out more about their birth history.

If you are over 18, you can contact the Adoption team and we will help you gain access to your records. If you are interested in making contact with your birth family, we also offer an Intermediary Service.
