We recruit adopters who live outside Richmond Borough as well as those who live in the local area. The needs of most children waiting to be adopted mean that they often need to be placed outside their Borough of origin. For this reason, we particularly welcome enquiries from prospective adopters who live within one and a half hours travelling distance of Richmond upon Thames.
