Benefits advice

Richmond Council work together with the Pension Service and Age Concern Richmond to run a home visiting service called the Richmond Community Partnership. We offer support and advice about state pension and other benefits to people over 60 and disabled adults under 60.

We help you find all the benefits you are entitled to, and help you apply for benefits. We can help you complete application forms and deal with any queries you have about your benefits payments. We can also verify documents for you, so that you don't have to send originals to the Pension Centre. And we can advise you on other local support organisations if you have any other needs.

Advice sessions

You can visit us at one of our advice sessions. These are held every week on Monday morning at the Civic Centre, Twickenham or at the Old Bakery at Mortlake on the first Tuesday of each month 10.00am - 11.00am. No appointment needed.
