Older Peoples Commissioning Needs Analysis

This consultation document has been produced to inform the London Borough of Richmond’s commissioning intentions for Older People from 2008. Following this consultation a document will be published in the spring of 2008 setting out the Council’s commissioning intentions for older people from 2008 onwards. As far as possible this document will dovetail with the PCT commissioning intentions.This consultation document will also be used to inform the Joint Strategic Needs Assessment.

Services for people with learning disabilities

This report outlines the profile of service users accessing specialist health care support from the community learning disability teams in Kingston and Richmond. An analysis of support needs is included.

Joint Strategic Needs Analysis (JSNA)

This draft JSNA describes the current and future health, care and well being needs of Richmond’s population. The final document aims to be a key resource for all agencies that have a role in improving health and well being in Richmond.

The draft JSNA is being reviewed and developed over the summer months with a view to it being approved during September 2008. It is proposed to fully engage local voluntary groups throughout this process. Initially views are being sought by mid August on emerging needs and gaps in services.
