Should I complain?
Telling us what’s wrong is the first step in helping to put matters right. Don’t be afraid to comment or complain; we need to know what you think.
If you do complain, it will not prejudice the Council against you, and will not affect the services that you receive.
How do I complain?
Most complaints can be solved by discussing your problem with a member of staff. First of all, please get in touch with a member of staff you already know or with their manager.
If your complaint is about a social care issue you will need to use Adult Social Care complaints procedure.
