Making a complaint or compliment about Community Meals

What if I am not satisfied with my meals service?

Should you find that you are not satisfied with any aspect of the meals service (for example, quality of meals, attitude of staff delivering your meals) you should contact apetito immediately so that they can address the matter promptly.  

If you are still not satisfied with the service or with their response to you, you can make a complaint by contacting the Contracts Unit on 020 8891 7660.

If you are unhappy with the quality of any of your meals, please keep the lid of your meal, which will be very useful to the manufacturer who will follow up your complaint.  Further details on making a complaint can be found in the information pack that will be given to you by Apetito when you start to receive community meals.

How do I report if I am satisfied with my meals service?

It is always a welcome to receive positive feedback on the service you receive.
