Who are the community teams?

The community teams are a group of people who will work with you to help you get the support you need.

Who do they help?

The community teams help people with a learning disability who are over 18 years old and live in the London Borough of Richmond.

  • Help with your money.
  • Help to stay healthy and fit.
  • Help to find things out.

There are different people who will help you with these things.
