What is CSS?
The service is to provide you with support to enable you to live as independently as possible.
Who is it for?
It is for adults with a learning disability who are 18 years old and over and live in the London Borough of Richmond upon Thames.
What do they do?
Staff can help you to:
- Look after your money
- Do your shopping
- See the doctor, go to the dentist and hospital appointments
- Look after your home
- Use buses and trains
- Join social clubs, or groups, to make new friends
- Use places like the library, gym and local pubs
- Plan holidays.
