If you are interested in sharing your home with a homesharer, you can contact London Care Connections directly, or you can discuss it with your care manager who will be able to offer advice and look at any financial support we might be able to offer you if you take part in the scheme. If you have not been assessed as needing care but you think you may benefit from this support you can contact one of the local social care teams for a care assessment.
