How the Careline/Telecare Service works

  1. You press the button - or a sensor raises an alert
  2. The unit is activated and alerts the Telecare control centre via the telephone line
  3. A trained operator answers your call and speaks to you through the unit
  4. Response arranged appropriate to your needs
