How do I manage changes to my service?

You may need to change your service from time to time (for example cancellations due to hospital appointments, holidays).  In the handbook that apetito provides you with, you will see the number you need to call to advise of these changes.  

The council will also provide you with an internal telephone number to report these changes if you are unable to contact apetito.

We must stress that you must keep apetito or the Council informed of your whereabouts, especially if you know that you are not going to be at home for your delivery of meals.  

If the apetito driver cannot get a response from you when they call, they will be concerned about your safety and must inform their office immediately, who will in turn alert the Council.  We will make every endeavour to ensure that you are safe and well and may need, as a last resort, to alert the emergency services.
