Listening to your concern or complaint
If you're unhappy with our care services in any way, please tell us. We want to know so we can try to put things right.
How to complain about Adult Social Care
There are different ways you can complain to us:
Contact a member of staff
Most complaints can be solved by discussing your problem with a member of staff. If you are unhappy about a service or the way you have been treated, please get in touch with a member of staff you are dealing with in Richmond Adult Social Care or their manager. Please don't be afraid to do so; it will not count against you in any way. If you know the name of the member of staff but not their telephone number, please contact the Adult Social Care Access Team.
Online form
You can make your complaint by using our online complaints form
Contact the Corporate Complaints Manager
