Food Hygiene and Health and Safety Training
The Health Improvement Team run a regular programme of Food Hygiene and Health & Safety courses throughout the year at various times of day. The CIEH level 2 certificate in Food Safety allows individuals to meet the legal requirement that applies to all employees who handle high risk food as part of their job.
