Energize
- Do you want to become a more active family and learn more about food?
- Do you think that you or your child might be more than your ideal weight?
Energize is a 10-week programme led by trained health professionals helping parents and children to lead happier and healthier lives. It's a fun way to get active and learn about food. The programme is primarily aimed at children aged 7 to 14 years. For information on weight management programmes aimed at older children and adults contact the Health Improvement Team.
