Active Families

Active Families is a fun sport and physical activity club for parents and children. Parents often focus all their attention on making sure their children are active and forget about their own needs. These sessions allow parents and children to take part in sporting activities together. Parents with children aged 6 to 14 years old can come along and join in the fun. Taking part in these activities will help to look after your own health and that of your children.

• Fitness fun from 9.00 to 10.00am
• Sports for all from 10.00 to 11.00am

Only £2 per family.

Just come along to the sports centre on Saturday mornings and join the team for sports and fitness fun.
