Have your say about Adult and Community Services

This section sets out how we communicate and consult with our service users and the wider community.

We are keen to ensure that we regularly consult with service users about their experience of our work. This gives us valuable information to help us to improve services and how we inform users and carers about the services we offer. We also routinely consult with service users and the wider community about changes to existing services that we are considering or new services that we are proposing to introduce.

The outcomes of recent consultation activity can be found in this section.

Complaints and representations

We recognise that despite our efforts to deliver a high quality service we do sometimes get things wrong and, in such circumstances, try to make redress through our complaints and representations procedures.
